Early 2015 I made the move from the information and research domain to recruitment. I have a passion for searching (and finding!), solving things, making the right connections. In my previous position with ABNAMRO / RBS that was all about information, right now it's all about candidates and clients. Basically the same trick, but with far different dynamics. Not a day is the same, it's always challenging; especially in todays labour market.
IT and tech have always been of great interest to me. Combined with all the skills and experience I have gained in that domain over the years, being part of the IT team with Independent Recruiters feels like a perfect match. Having started in a position mainly focused on sourcing I quickly developed myself into an all round recruitment consultant.
