I started my career within recruitment almost 30 years ago. I worked for many years as a Account Manager and Operational Manager for a middle sized employment agency. Here I did mediate in a big variety of jobs and had a substantial role in helping the the company professionalize and grow. By this experience I was able to develop myself into a senior recruiter and business partner for my relations. As of the beginning of march 2017, I started working for Independent Engineering where I put in all of my knowledge and experience to make sure I do make the perfect match as well for my candidates as my business relations. looking forward to meet you!
