I’m Warren Smit, originally from Namibia, and moved to the Netherlands in 2018 to study English Literature in Groningen. Recruitment felt like a natural next step—combining my love for language with the drive to help others, just like Independent Recruiters once helped me. As part of the engineering team, I bridge the gap between technical language and clear communication. Though not an engineer myself, I’ve always had a hands-on mindset and a passion for crafting—whether it’s leather, wood, or the perfect job match.
